The Mimosa  N5-45x4  is the industry's first sector antenna that delivers the best of both worlds - incredible interference immunity and long-distance performance, with broadband bandwidths of 4.9-6.4 GHz for fixed wireless broadband services. This 4-port, bi -polar sector of 45º has been designed to work with the Mimosa A5c 4x4 MIMO radio, providing a gain-increasing beam for the best possible channel reuse, coverage and suppression of noise in collocations and towers.

Dismiss noise and synchronize

Overcoming noise in tower areas is the key to scaling bandwidth. N5-45x4 provides industry-leading attenuation wavelength side and unprecedented performance 43 dB front to back (FTB) - the highest rate among all FTB sector antennas or horn in the industry. In conjunction with the Mimosa A5c access point , there is no better tower solution providing full, 2x re-use of the spectrum.       

 

Broadband service

Supporting public security applications in the 4.9 GHz band and multi-point licensed operation in the 6.4 GHz band, where regulations allow, N5-45x4 provides additional 800 MHz spectrum outside the crowded 5.15-5.85 GHz unlicensed channels . 

 

Increase the distance

Mimosa  N5-45x4 offers the best of both worlds - a long-range and high-profit sector with excellent noise isolation.Competitive sectors offer high profit, but are not able to reduce side noise and front to back noise . Symmetrical horn antennas ensure good noise isolation, but usually offer lower gain and ineffective symmetrical terrain coverage.  

 

Compatible with devices from other manufacturers.

In addition to the 4x4 MIMO Mimosa A5c device N5- 45x4 will support two parallel 2x2 MIMO radios operating on separate channels to double within the tower and to avoid congestion in the 5 GHz unlicensed band.  

 

Intended for forming a beam

In combination with the MIMO 4x4 Mimosa A5c, Mimosa N5-45x4 provides easy to set, 9º vertical range of the beam with a narrow 4.5º signal and +3 dB per customer. In the uplink direction , the digital A5c chamfering works with 4 N5-45x4 ports, adding +3 dB gain gain.
