Add products to the shopping cart, fill in a short Order / Inquiry registration form through the Internet and send it to us.
In response, Axuse will then send you an Offer or Invoice Proforma with all the details about your Order / Inquiry for example: shipping costs, bank payment detail, delivery date, etc.
Based on Axuse's bank account detail (Citi Bank Handlowy) from document listed above you will be able to send a wire transfer with Invoice Proforma number as a Title. Axuse Technology accepts VISA and MasterCard Credit Card payment through PayPal.
Axuse sends goods through UPS or DPD after money is received. Delivery usually takes 2- 4 working days.
Axuse will send on your e-mail account tracking number of the parcel immediately after shipment. You will be able to track and check delivery date of you parcel on couriers websites.
- The ordering company must be a registered company. Companies from within the EU have to possess a VIES-traceable VAT ID number. (http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vieshome.do)
- Customers from the European Union may buy all of our products without VAT only when they provide a valid European VAT ID number. Otherwise, the invoice will be issued an additional 22% VAT Tax.
- All products prices are listed without VAT (Value Added Tax).
- Along with the first order, the Ordering Company should send to Axuse Technology copies of registration documents. In particular, companies from within the EU should send a copy of a document showing the VAT identification number.
- Axuse Technology reserves the right to adjust prices due to significant changes in exchange rate or to changes in import/export conditions.
- The value of an order shall never be lower than €100.00 (one hundred Euro).
- Customers beginning their cooperation with Axuse Technology are required to pay for ordered goods by money transfer (no extra charges) or VISA / MasterCard credit card through PayPal (we add 4,5% charge to transaction amount) in advance of the collection or shipping of goods.
- Customers trading with Axuse Technology on a regular basis may obtain more suitable payment conditions.
- Purchase order send through website is not valid until Sales Department confirmation.
- The shipping of products from Axuse Technology's regular offer is carried out immediately or according to the terms specified by the customer in his order. If immediate shipping is not possible, a sales assistant will contact the customer and negotiate alternative arrangements.
- Ordered goods are shipped at the expense of the ordering company by a courier appointed by Axuse Technology - either DPD or UPS. At the Ordering Companies request goods can be dispatched by a courier appointed by the Ordering Company or collected from Axuse Technology's warehouse.
